You will be provided detailed directions to your vacation home along with the combination to the lock box where you will find your key and the code to the gate where necessary. Back to Top Do I have to bring linens? Our homes have all linens and plenty of towels. Back to Top Are there laundry facilities? Each home has a full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Back to Top How far from Disney World are your homes? Our 5 bedroom home is located in Indian Creek just 3.5 miles from World Drive (Disney's Maingate) on the west side of I-4 just 2 miles from the Animal Kingdom. Our 6 bedroom home is the closest to Disney World about 3 miles from World Drive Back to Top Is there a Video Game System? Yes! All of our homes have a Playstation II and a TV in every bedroom. There were a lot of video games and DVD's but they seem to have disappeared so please feel free to bring your own. Back to Top Is there maid service? No there is no daily maid service. Upon your arrival the home will have a starter supply of necessary items like toilet tissue, laundry detergent, Trash bag and dishwashing soap. We will clean the home upon your departure and the price is included with the rental. Back to Top What about shopping facilities? Each of our homes is located just minutes from major shopping areas. Publix and Winn-Dixie are close by and Wal-Mart SuperCenter is about 10 minutes down the road. One about 4 miles west on 192 to 27N for 1/2 mile and one on Route 192E near Medieval Times. Back to Top How are the beds configured? The 5 Bedroom has two Kings, one Queen and two twins in each of bedroom 4 and 5. The 6 Bedroom has three Kings, one Queen and two twins in each of bedroom 5 and 6. Every home has a Full or Queen sized pull-out couch. Back to Top Is smoking allowed? Our homes, along with all public places in Florida are non smoking. I'm sorry, we no longer offer pet friendly homes. Smoking is permitted outside on the covered Lanai. Back to Top
	Is early check in and/or late checkout permitted? Our homes are usually booked back to back and the cleaners need all 6 hours between guests to get your home ready for you. You may call our management company upon arrival to Florida and they will advise if it can be ready early. Back to Top Can we leave our luggage or groceries in the home before we check in? Due to some recent incidents, no guests or any belongings of any kind will be allowed in or around the home prior to check in. Back to Top Do you offer discount Tickets? Both of our home have complete kitchens including Dinnerware in both china and plastic for the pool area and each has a full set of cookware. Kitchen appliances include coffee makers. blenders, can openers and toasters. You will however, need to purchase items for the rest of your stay. There is a grocery store on the corner and a Publix market a couple miles away.
