| for considering our homes for your vacation in Florida. Our five bedroom was built in January 2000 and our flagship 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath in January 2005. We are private American owners who take pride in our homes unlike the large tour company that move guests in and move guests out. We try to contact each of our guests upon arrival to make sure all is well and have a local property manager on call to handle any unforeseen problems. Some day we hope to semi-retire to central Florida and manage our properties personally. Listed below you will find a list of amenities in our homes.
